Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for setting up of new pre-schools in Pune and cluster location.
- Provide & lead the strategic direction for the Pre Primary school in line with the vision & development of MIT Group of Institutions.
- Completely responsible for the academic and non-academic functions and processes of the schools.
- Accountable for parent interaction, orientation, teacher training, supervising as needed.
- Responsible for admissions planning and execution to increase the student numbers.
- Implementation of school policies and programs.
- Responsible for the attendance, discipline of the students and staff of the school.
- Able to handle documentation needed for CBSE affiliation, liaisoning, regulatory approvals.
- Taking care of a range of administrative roles including transportation, security, fees collection etc.
