Prepare and deliver dynamic, communicative lessons across different student levels (young learners to adults).

Use and adapt ILA’s project-based syllabus, linking projects to language-learning objectives.

Provide constructive feedback to students on their work.

Participate in placement testing and help with classroom allocation.

Maintain administrative records: attendance, lesson plans, assessments, registers.

Share and collaborate on academic resources with other teachers.

Perform other duties as assigned by Centre Manager or Senior Teacher.
