  Job Title - ESL / EFL Teacher (Non-Native) — Ocean Edu Vietnam

  Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging English language lessons for students of various ages and proficiency levels (children, teens, adults).

  • Use Ocean Edu’s curriculum and materials, following course outlines to maintain consistency and quality.

  • Prepare lesson plans, presentations (e.g. PowerPoints), and supplementary materials. 

  • Assess students’ progress through quizzes, tests, and assignments; provide constructive feedback.

   

  • Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere and manage discipline effectively. eslephant.com+1

  • Work collaboratively with academic staff, branch managers, and co-teachers. eslephant.com

  • Participate in regular teacher training, workshops, and performance evaluations. Ocean EDU

  • Possibly support branch-level activities: exams, events, student recruitment, or marketing (depending on branch) — based on feedback from teacher reviews.
