The Director of Arts and Activities (50% director of arts and 50% director of activities) is part of a collaborative team of coordinators, coaches, teachers, and volunteers that works closely with the Executive Director for After School Learning to ensure high quality, meaningful learning opportunities for all of our students engaged beyond the school day. The after school learning program builds upon the curricular program and offers opportunities for students from Pre-K through HS to develop their interests and talents along a pathway that supports their future goals and aspirations.

Position Overview:
International School Bangkok (ISB) is seeking a dynamic and creative Director of Arts & Activities to lead the school’s Performing Arts, Visual Arts, and Co-Curricular programs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a passion for student development, and the ability to manage diverse teams and school-wide cultural initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all Arts programs (Music, Drama, Visual Arts) and student activities.

Lead curriculum planning, event management, and annual arts festivals.

Supervise teachers, activity coordinators, and support staff.
