Job Overview
Next Generation School, UAE is seeking a highly qualified and experienced EAL Teacher with leadership experience to support multilingual learners and lead the development of effective EAL programs across the school. The successful candidate will combine excellent classroom practice with the ability to mentor staff, contribute to curriculum planning, and support whole-school language development. Qualified native and non-native English speakers are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality EAL instruction to students from diverse linguistic backgrounds

Design and implement EAL strategies aligned with international curricula

Assess students’ English proficiency and track language progress

Lead and support EAL initiatives across departments

Mentor and guide EAL teachers and teaching assistants

Collaborate with senior leadership, classroom teachers, and parents

Develop EAL resources and intervention programs
