  Position Overview:

  The International School of Düsseldorf is seeking passionate and dedicated Early Years Teachers to join its Early Childhood Education team. The successful candidates will deliver high-quality, child-centred learning experiences aligned with international early years frameworks, fostering holistic development in a multicultural environment.   Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with international early years curricula (EYFS / IB PYP framework)

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment

  • Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development

  • Observe, assess, and document student progress effectively

  • Collaborate with colleagues, teaching assistants, and school leadership

  • Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers

  • Participate in school events, meetings, and ongoing professional development
