  Job Summary

  Kuwait National English School is seeking a passionate and nurturing Early Years Teacher to join its Early Childhood Education team. The successful candidate will create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that supports the academic, social, emotional, and physical development of young learners in line with international early years standards.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based, and inquiry-led lessons

  • Foster a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment

  • Support children’s social, emotional, language, and cognitive development

  • Observe, assess, and document children’s learning and development

  • Differentiate instruction to meet individual learning needs

  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and school leadership

  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and well-being

  • Maintain classroom organization, learning resources, and child safety standards

  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities
