The Academic Coordinator (Primary) will support the Primary leadership team in ensuring high-quality teaching, curriculum implementation, and student achievement within the Primary School, aligned with the IB PYP framework and international standards.

Support the implementation and monitoring of the IB PYP curriculum.

Coordinate curriculum planning, assessment, and reporting processes.

Mentor and guide Primary teachers to enhance instructional practices.

Monitor student progress and support academic improvement strategies.

Assist in academic scheduling and planning.

Lead professional development sessions when required.
