Job Description:
Al Nahda National School is seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN Coordinator to lead and manage the provision for students with special educational needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring inclusive practices and supporting students to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the school’s SEN provision and inclusion strategy

Identify, assess, and monitor students with additional learning needs

Develop and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

Support teachers with differentiated instruction strategies

Coordinate with parents, external specialists, and school leadership

Ensure compliance with local educational regulations and policies
