  Position Overview

  Brights International School of Istanbul seeks an experienced and visionary Primary School Coordinator to lead curriculum implementation, teacher supervision, and academic quality assurance for the primary division.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee academic planning and curriculum alignment for Grades 1–5.

  • Supervise and mentor primary teachers.

  • Monitor lesson planning, assessments, and classroom delivery.

  • Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.

  • Coordinate parent meetings and academic progress reports.

  • Lead professional development initiatives for primary staff.

  • Ensure compliance with international standards and school policies.

  Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Education or Educational Leadership preferred.

  • Valid teaching certification.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience, with leadership experience in primary education.
