Job Description:
Bali Island School is seeking an experienced and dedicated Primary Years Programme (PYP) Coordinator to lead and support the successful implementation of the IB Primary Years Programme. The school welcomes applications from native and native-like English-speaking educators who are passionate about inquiry-based learning and international education.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the IB PYP curriculum

Ensure alignment of teaching and learning with IB standards and practices

Mentor and support teachers in delivering inquiry-based, student-centered instruction

Coordinate curriculum development, assessment practices, and documentation

Organize and facilitate professional development for PYP staff
