About the role
St. Julian’s School is seeking to appoint an innovative and compassionate university/career advisor to join our dynamic Student Futures Team from 25 August 2026. The team consists of three full-time advisors. The successful candidate will support students in making well-informed choices for their onward pathways from St. Julian''s School, working collaboratively within the Student Futures and pastoral teams to embed a comprehensive careers programme from Key Stage 3 onwards. They will also contribute to the development of activities enhancing families'' understanding of onward pathways and support the continued development of visits by careers speakers and university admissions representatives. The most popular destinations after school are the UK and Portugal, with a significant number also considering the US and other European countries.
The successful candidate will contribute to the broad extracurricular programme and take an active role as a tutor or support tutor within our strong pastoral system.
