  We are seeking a qualified ESL Teacher to deliver structured English language instruction to non-native speakers in an academic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in language pedagogy and the ability to design lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.

  
  

  Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement lesson plans covering reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills
  2. Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and participation
  3. Adapt teaching methods to suit varying proficiency levels
  4. Incorporate grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation training systematically
  5. Maintain classroom discipline and foster an inclusive learning environment

  Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field
  2. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred
  3. Prior teaching experience in a classroom setting
  4. Strong organizational and communication skills
