Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and engaging ESL Trainer to help learners improve their English language skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. The trainer will work with students from diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels, focusing on building confidence and real-world communication ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver structured ESL lessons based on learner levels (beginner to advanced)
Teach core language skills: grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency
Use interactive methods such as discussions, role-plays, and real-life scenarios
Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and feedback sessions
Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and cultural backgrounds
Provide one-on-one support to students who need additional help
Maintain attendance, performance records, and lesson reports
