Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the nursery efficiently
- Supervise teaching staff and ensure high standards of early childhood education
- Develop and implement academic plans, policies, and curriculum activities
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and child-friendly learning environment
- Monitor children’s overall development and learning outcomes
- Conduct teacher observations, training, and performance evaluations
- Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and the management team
- Ensure compliance with nursery regulations, safety policies, and educational standards
- Organize school events, meetings, and staff development programs
