George Washington Academy (GWA), Casablanca, is seeking an experienced and motivated Secondary School Coordinator to support academic operations and ensure the effective implementation of educational programs within the Secondary section. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, curriculum knowledge, and the ability to support both teachers and students in achieving academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day academic activities of the Secondary School section.
• Support teachers in lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and instructional strategies.
• Monitor academic standards and ensure effective curriculum delivery.
• Work collaboratively with school leadership, teachers, students, and parents.
• Assist in student performance tracking, assessment, and reporting processes.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide mentoring and support to teachers.
• Organize staff development activities and encourage continuous professional growth.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for students and staff.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and academic planning initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to school policies and educational standards.
