Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that support the academic, social, and emotional development of elementary students.

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active learning.

Develop lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum and learning objectives.

Assess and monitor student progress through classroom activities, assignments, projects, and formative assessments.

Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual student needs.

Foster positive classroom behavior and promote respect, responsibility, and collaboration.

Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and assessment data.

Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school leadership regarding student progress.

Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, school events, and extracurricular activities while upholding the school's safeguarding policies and educational standards.
