Key Responsibilities

Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.

Support students individually and in small groups to reinforce classroom learning.

Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.

Prepare teaching materials, learning resources, and classroom displays.

Supervise students during classroom activities, recess, lunch, field trips, and other school events.

Encourage positive behavior and support students' social and emotional development.

Observe student progress and share feedback with the lead teacher.

Assist with classroom organization, attendance records, and daily administrative tasks.

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student learning and well-being.

Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and school activities as required.
