Position: Assistant Teacher
Key Responsibilities

Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.

Support children during classroom lessons, play-based learning, and daily routines.

Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.

Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, meals, and rest times.

Prepare teaching materials, classroom resources, and learning aids.

Observe children's progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher.

Encourage children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through positive interactions.

Assist in maintaining classroom cleanliness, organization, and learning displays.

Communicate professionally with colleagues and support effective collaboration with parents when required.

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events while adhering to the school's health, safety, and safeguarding policies.
