Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the English Department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.

Develop, implement, and review the English curriculum in alignment with school objectives.

Mentor, support, and evaluate English teachers to enhance instructional quality.

Monitor student achievement and implement strategies to improve academic outcomes.

Ensure lesson planning, assessment, and classroom practices meet curriculum requirements.

Coordinate departmental meetings, professional development, and curriculum planning.

Promote innovative teaching methodologies and the effective integration of educational technology.

Work collaboratively with school leadership, teachers, students, and parents to support student success.

Maintain departmental records, reports, and documentation as required.

Ensure compliance with ADEK regulations and school policies.
