Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate Mathematics lessons for Grades 1 and 2.
- Build students' foundational numeracy, problem-solving, and logical-thinking skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, learning resources, activities, and assessments.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Use differentiated and interactive teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
- Integrate educational technology and hands-on activities where appropriate.
- Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support students' overall development.
