Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons for Grades 10 and 11.
- Develop students' mathematical reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, assignments, and learning resources.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students effectively for examinations and academic assessments.
- Use differentiated and student-centred teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning environment.
- Integrate educational technology and practical applications of Mathematics into lessons.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' academic development.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programmes.
