The Head will provide strategic, inspirational and values-led leadership across all aspects of School life. Working closely with School Council, staff, students, families and the wider community, the successful candidate will build on Melbourne Grammar School's proud history while ensuring it continues to evolve to meet the needs of future generations.

- Strengthen the School's commitment to inclusion, wellbeing and belonging.
- Work collaboratively with School Council to shape and deliver the School's strategic priorities.
