Manage the library and resources. Support the delivery of the English National Curriculum in a stimulating and safe environment that ensures all children can access learning.
Develops and implements library policies and procedures, continually evaluating the library program.
Supports curriculum planning and ensures alignment with school events.
Coordinates and promotes Book Fairs and library activities. Enhances library use through bibliographies, displays, and resource awareness, while assisting teachers with media selection.
Creates a welcoming, organized environment for inquiry and study, and maintains safety standards.
Supervises and mentors student volunteers. Provides personal support and challenges students with library-related activities. Manages the budget, selects instructional materials, and maintains the library collection.
Oversees technology needs and ensures the library's operational efficiency.
