Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for primary students.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centred learning environment.
- Develop students' academic, social, and communication skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, learning resources, activities, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Use differentiated teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Maintain effective classroom management and ensure student well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' overall development.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programmes.
