Position: Early Years Teacher
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities for young children.
- Create a safe, nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development.
- Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, learning resources, and assessments.
- Observe and monitor children's development and maintain appropriate progress records.
- Use play-based and child-centred teaching approaches to encourage active learning.
- Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive behaviour.
- Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues regarding children's progress and development.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programmes.
