Position: Homeroom Teacher
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum.
- Take responsibility for the academic, social, and emotional development of students within the homeroom.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well-organised classroom environment.
- Monitor students' academic progress, attendance, behaviour, and overall well-being.
- Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Use differentiated teaching strategies to address students' individual learning needs.
- Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive behaviour.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and development.
- Collaborate with subject teachers, school leadership, and support staff to ensure students receive appropriate support.
- Participate in school events, meetings, extracurricular activities, and professional development programmes.
