Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for junior school students.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Develop students' academic, social, emotional, and communication skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, learning resources, classroom activities, and assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Use differentiated and student-centred teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive behaviour.
- Encourage students to develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning.
- Communicate and collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school leadership to support student development.
- Participate in school events, meetings, extracurricular activities, and professional development programmes.
