Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver differentiated learning activities to support students with diverse educational needs.
- Develop and implement individualised learning and support plans in collaboration with teachers and relevant specialists.
- Provide individual and small-group support to enhance students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development.
- Monitor and assess student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Adapt teaching strategies, resources, and classroom activities according to individual learning requirements.
- Collaborate with classroom and subject teachers to ensure effective inclusion within the mainstream classroom.
- Communicate with parents and relevant school staff regarding students' progress and support requirements.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Support the implementation of the school's inclusion and safeguarding policies.
- Participate in meetings, professional development programmes, and other school activities.
