Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English and Social Studies lessons aligned with the school's curriculum.
- Develop students' reading, writing, communication, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
- Encourage students to understand history, culture, society, and current affairs.
- Prepare lesson plans, learning resources, assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Use differentiated and student-centred teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Maintain effective classroom management and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Integrate educational technology and interactive activities into lessons.
- Encourage discussion, research, independent learning, and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' academic and personal development.
- Participate in school meetings, events, extracurricular activities, and professional development programmes.
